TWBC, LLC (“TWBC”) Rules for Contest #073108 Ending 12:00AM December 31, 2009

The Prize for this Contest is your choice of either a New iPod Touch, with a suggested retail value of $300.00,

or a Mastercard Gift Card loaded with $300.00

1)   You must be at least 13 years of age and a resident of the United States to participate.

2)   You must sign-up at http://www.thewinningbarcode.com/sign_up.php

3)   The information provided to thewinningbarcode.com through its sign-up page and or its account management pages must be true and accurate.

4)   All guesses must be submitted using your mobile phones SMS text messaging feature.

5)   The winning barcode entry must be sent by SMS text message to the mobile number posted on the website http://www.thewinningbarcode.com

6)   Prior to the beginning of each contest, a single UPC barcode is selected by the company. The first eligible participant to correctly identify the winning barcode pursuant to paragraph (5), shall be declared the winner.

7)   To submit an entry, select any product with a printed UPC barcode (located on the product package). Then using your mobile phones SMS text message feature, enter the UPC barcode and send.

8)   Only one entry is required to participate.

9)   There is no cost charged to any participant to submit an entry to the number posted at thewinningbarcode.com and there is no cost to collect the prize. You may incur charges from your mobile phone carrier for sending or receiving SMS text messages, please check with your mobile phone carrier prior to submitting an entry.

10)  TWBC, LLC does not limit the number of participants for each contest.

11)  TWBC, LLC does not guarantee a winner for each contest.

12)  The winner will be determined by the first correct answer received into the secure database of TWBC, LLC (all submitted guesses are stored, time date stamped and logged for audit purposes and maintained for at least two years following the end of the contest). There will not be any tiebreaker.

13)  The total number of contestants may be equal to the number of registered mobile phone users currently in the United States, that number is estimated to be greater than 225 million.

14)  Employees or their family members are not eligible to win.

15)  The winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility.

16)  The winner agrees to allow the use of their name if requested by other participants, as may be required by law.

17)  Each registered user may only submit 25 entries per contest per calendar day.
